Refund & Returns Policy – Sous Virage

We want you to love your Sous Virage purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • Due to hygiene and fragrance sensitivity, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

 

2. How to Request a Return

  • Please contact us at hello@sousvirage.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be refunded.
